Before your Warm Wax

1. Let the Hair Grow (But Not Too Long)
Your hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long to help the wax grip..

2. Exfoliate Gently the Day Before
Use a mild scrub or a dry brush 24 hours before your wax to help prevent ingrown hairs..

3. Skip the Moisturiser
Lotion, oils, or creams  can prevent the wax from sticking, so avoid them on the day of your wax..

4. Avoid Sun, Tanning, and Retinoids
Sun bathing, tanning beds, and products with retinols and acids can make skin more sensitive, avoid them for 24–48 hours before your wax.

5. Time It Right
If you're sensitive, you might prefer to wait until mid-cycle, rather than during your period for waxing.

After your Warm Wax

1. Avoid Heat & Sweat for 24 Hours
Prevent breakouts and infections by avoiding hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, or intense workouts after your wax.

2. Skip Tight Clothing
Wearing loose, breathable fabrics can help prevent friction  chaffing and ingrown hairs.

3. Avoid Touching or Scratching
Keep your hands off freshly waxed areas to prevent infection or breakouts.

4. No Exfoliating for 2–3 Days
Exfoliation 2-3 times a week can help prevent ingrown hairs, but avoid it for 2-3 days after waxing.

5. Soothe with Aloe or Aftercare Lotion
Apply a fragrance-free aloe vera gel or a calming aftercare lotion to reduce redness and soothe inflammation.
