Meet Marj
A graduate of Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Business Studies and Russian, Marjorie Cusack’s journey into the beauty industry began in Rio de Janeiro, where she discovered a revolutionary approach to waxing: no appointments, quick and affordable service, a loyalty program, and most importantly, only HOT wax with a standardized, high-quality treatment—no matter who performed it or where. It was efficient, stylish, and unlike anything available in Ireland or the UK.
Upon returning to Ireland she partnered with Wax in the City launching her first studio in Dublin, in April 2012.

In 2023, Marj rebranded to Zero, a business that focuses on bringing innovation to the industry. She extended her services to include laser hair removal and red-light therapy, continuing to grow what has become one of Ireland’s standout female-founded beauty brands.
With her sharp eye for innovation and a deep understanding of what clients want, Marjorie Cusack is redefining the hair removal experience—one studio at a time.

Our team of experts undergo a strict Zero training academy across all of our red light therapy and hair removal options. Our studios are specifically designed to be ultra-hygienic, and our treatment areas are cleaned after each client. Each studio also uses our innovative Warm Wax, so you can relax in the knowledge that you will receive the same professional and polished service - no matter which member of our team looks after you.
